I in Christ and Christ in me

This sermon highlights the difference between living as a "conditioned Christian," shaped by religious habits and performance, and living as a "positioned believer," grounded in a secure identity in Christ. We explored how God sees His children—not through the lens of past mistakes, present struggles, or personal shortcomings, but through the righteousness of Jesus Christ. As we embrace the truth that we are in Christ and Christ is in us, our perspective on sin, discipline, forgiveness, and spiritual authority begins to change. This revelation shifts us from striving to earn God's approval through our own efforts to confidently resting in the identity and righteousness He has already given us through Christ.
